Ar. Sanjay Adake did his graduation in Architecture from Dr. D.Y. Patil college in Kolhapur. And pursued the Degree of Bachelor of Architecture with first class in year 1989. After pursuing the degree, he set up his office in Kolhapur and commenced his career in year 1992 by designing Apartments in the beginning. After 1995-1996 he was the first Architect to introduce the idea of ‘Township’ Architecture in kolhapur.
In his career of 21 years he introduced various conceptual designs and executed the wide range of projects like Townships, commercial, residential apartments, bungalows, hospitals, hotels, religious buildings, institutional buildings landscape and interiors. Clients satisfaction is his one of the ideal style of working.
He is the member of different architectural and social association with his full devotion. He has worked as a committee member of KMC and helped to prepare and modify old and new byelaws.
He also successfully executed his tenure as ‘President of the Association of Architects & Engineers, Kolhapur. He is the recipient of many awards. His working style is especially attributed to executing & completion of work speedily, efficiently, adhering strictly to quality norms.
